D. The main configuration instructions
a. KY series co-rotating twin-screw mixing extrusion unit

1. Main Motor: AC/DC motor, Janpanese YASKAWA AC frequency converter or British Continental Europe DC speed governor for the speed regulation system.

2. screw components and core shafts (the optimal domestic materials are adopted.)
  1) the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, the building blocks type barrels adopt materials, lined α-101 hard alloy, screw elements adopts high-speed tool steel material W6Mo5Cr4V2 ( 6542). The screw core adopts 40 CrNiMoA material. The first barrel has the main feed mouth. The third barrel has glassfiber mouth, which equipped with blind blockings. The fifth barrel has vacuum exhaust outlets. And the rest barrels are closed-mouth barrel.

2) Screw stem is with modular structure, including screw conveying components,   , shear components, shunt components,tooth-type components, backmixing components, ect. You can set the screw combination in accordance with every the material process.
4.Gearbox:
1) Gearbox has parallel-type. The compact host machine features integrated speed reduction and torque transfer with a design of parallel three axles. The imported bearings, SKF bearings are used.
2) The immersion oil lubrication system is also be used. We set up the low oil level and over-pressure alarming system. They will timely remind the clients to add oil or change oil so that it will ensure the gearbox to have a long time and efficient operation.
3) The gearbox adopts ductile cast iron materials which increase of the stiffness of gearbox and improve the smooth of operation and safety factors. The and bearing capacity will increase by 25 percent.
4) The maximum of screw speed is 600 rpm; high-speed operation.
5) Gear: the is 7 grade which is a high precision. High speed overloading hard-tooth surface. The materials are 20 CrNi2MoA, HRC58-62.
3. The barrels have ten temperature control zones. The first and the second of barrels adopt cast-copper heaters. The rest barrels adopt cast-aluminum heaters. The barrels use soft water cooling. The circulating cooling control electromagnetic valves are CEME5510 Italian products.
4. The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shieldings which are secure, good-looking and powerfrugal.

 

b.twin-screw metering main feeder system

c.vacuum system

d. Soft water circulation system

1. The barrel uses soft water cooling.

2. The soft water tank separates with the body, which facilitates cleaning and service.

3. Electromagnetic valve is imported from Italy. The model is CEME5510.

4. Cooling method: water cooling

5. Water pipe are copper pipes coated with chrome.

6. The capacity of water tank: 30L-120L
