PVC-U co-extruded foam core pipe line adopts special 90°die head, and makes the angle of two conical twin screw extruders become 90°. One extruder extrudes good-quality PVC inner and outer layers, and the other extrudes central foam core. And it will be foamed properly under certain technical conditions; the density of core is 0.7-0.9g/m3.

PVC-U foam core pipe has advantages such as light weight, high tensile strength,sound insulation, heat insulation, good inflaming retarding, easy to installation and so on.
