Structure characteristics:
·1Screw stem and body of extruder adpots 38CrMoAIA quality nitrogen treatment.Depth of nitration case is 0.4~0.8mm,hardness HV ≥850,screw strcture is suitable for processing PE and PVC cable material(type BM)BR>
·2Thermometric element adopts domestic quality pt100 resistance.
·3Reduction box adopts domestic quality hard tooth face JHM series.
·4AIR cooling is used.There is automatic fan cooling below each heating point.
·5Master drive motor
APrimary motor adopts DC gover nor motor.Controller is Euro product.
BPrimary motor adopts frequency control motor,controller is Siemens or Denfoss product.
·6Stainless steel cooling water tank is equipped with GELANFU hot water pump.It has automative charging,overflow and blow-off functions.Water inlet and outlet adopt stainless steel ball valve with traction trolley and split beaming blower.
·7The unit adopts Siemens PLC menagement.Main touching screen can display temperature,line speed,screw speed,extruder current and length of meter counting. |
