This unit is mainly used for producing large diameter PE insulation pipe.The products are mainly used in the outer wall of the insulation pipe, while the interlayer is the polyurethane foam layer and the inside wall is steel pipe.
This unit can be used to produce pipes for water supply, drainage,etc.The unit mainly consists of extruder, cooling water jacket, hauling off unit,sealing unit and electric controlling unit.
