APET Three-layers Plastic Sheet Extrusion Line
Application:
Manufacturing industries such as foodstuff, medical treatment, electronic, printing, plastic box and 3D grating effect product series.
Features:
1. Precise controlling and stable operation in high speed.
2. Special roller embossing system to produce more flat and uniform PET sheets with international standard.
3. Prefect net-changing system to improve the productivity and convenience.
4. Metering pump works in a moveable connection way for convenient operation.
5. Independent safety system for the three-roller embossing system and the whole line.
6. Special structure design to easy adjustment of the in/out process of sheets
7. Special design on three-roller water circling system for independent heating.
8. Two sets of high-power desintegrators to recycle waste materials immediately and enhance production efficiency; PET sheet cutter and dual-station winder to cut and wind the sheets as the operator’s demand.
10. Four individual cutters in the tractor can work out flat and uniform PET sheets in different sizes by easy operation.
