Welcome to our PVC plastic door and window profile extrusion line!
Characteristics:
This line is mainly used to produce PVC,PP,WPC door window,midheaven board,special section profile and so on. If added by one small co-extruder,it can also produce various beautiful colored PVC profile.
The line is composed by extruder,mould,vacuum former,hual off machine,cutter and stacker.It can make different sections and thickness of profile by changing the type of machines and the mould.
Main features:
1.The speed of main motors and drive motors are regulated by top-ranking frequency governor like Siemens,YASKWA,thus working stably and controlling pricisely.
2.For the mould,we adopt superior quality mould steel like 3Cr17,3Cr13 which can ensure high temperature and keep internal structure shape to produce high accuracy size profile.
3.As to the whole control system,main electric elements are all high quality imported products,and PLC controlling system realize automation with high accuracy.
