VCI PP wrap consists of two layers or three layers PP film plus PP woven, designed to pack steel products ,heavy-duty equipment.

VCI PP Wrap is a PP/PE woven fabric with PP coating and VCI, used where extra strength and tear resistance is required in the packaging of large steel coils. This new and innovative woven film made of PP/PE provides vapour corrosion protection to a wide variety of metal products including but not limited to steel strip, black plate, drum stock, galvanized, rod, tubes and aluminum plate and profiles. The product is particularly useful when packed products experience multiple handling environments through trans-shipping. As the product does not have the same tension / memory characteristics as film –if torn during the handling process the tear will not spring wide open exposing the product within.
