2. The usage

   This machine mainly used in the composite extrusion of  chemical fibber carpet, mat of rubber base and fabric, suitable particle material plastication, extrusion and compound. This characteristics of the machine are continuity production, high production efficiency, the even thickness of the composite bottom material, and fabrics with solid combination, so it has good economic benefit in the client for its stonger competitiveness.

3. organization structure

    This machine is made up of rubber extruder, move base, hydraulic rapid screen changer, clothes rack style die-head, compound device, drawing device, furling device and electric control system, etc.

    Process: raw material enters the extruder barrel from the hopper, heat melt and plasticizing in the extruder screw barrel, then pass the rapid sceen changer and the die-head, formed into sheet and chemical fiber composite, to become high value-added composite carpets.

(1) Extrusion device

Barrel and screw are the key components, the material are moved stirried, compressed, plastified here. So the barrels and screws of our company are all adopted high hardness and corrosion resistance of nitriding steel(38CrMoALA), barrel use hot-gas and air to cooling to achieve each district thermo regulation and thermo control.

(2) The reducer uses high-accuracy hardened reducer, its advantages are high bearing capacity and good transmission balance.

(3) Extruder is installed on the move-rack, it is easy to enter or exit compound device.

(4) Die-head adopts clothes rack style die-head, the die orifice clearance of die-head is adjustable, and the thickness of sheets extruded are even.

(5) Adopts hydraulic rapid screen changer.
