Silicon PU for Plastic Sports Flooring
Scope of application:
Colorful paint coating of stadium, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and others sport court; children’s park, kindergarten; footpath, community, playground and so on.
Specification:
Weather resistance, wear resistance, waterproof, adhesion, surface slip resistance; multicolor, good elasticity and easy to maintenance.
Thickness: 3.0mm 4.0mm 5.0mm

Construction technology:
1. Basic ground treatment: polish, repair, clean according to the basic ground condition;
2. Silicon PU primer: coat primer evenly 1 time;
3. Silicon PU middle coating: trowel 1-2 times to strengthen ground’s elasticity.
4. Silicon PU topcoat: use silicon topcoat to roll-coat or spray 2 times, make the layer have uniform colors and without hollowing;
5. line plotting: according to playing court standard.
Cautions: maintain 1 week after lineation, can be used when court is solid absolutely.
