 About installation:

Stage One: Grass-roots

     1.After the installation of metope, ceiling,doors and windows clean the debris on the ground.

    2.Clean the dusting, oil stain and remains of the grassroots surface.

    3.Sweep the dust and sand on the ground away.

    4.Roll coating the interface paint uniformly after the ground got thorough clean.

Stage Two: Self-leveling construction

    1.Check whether the self-leveling cement accord with relevant technical standards, the expired self-leveling is prohibited.

    2.Put certain self-leveling into the container, and dilute it by water following the instructions.

    3.Stir till the self leveling cement turned into flowing state.

    4.Pour the self-leveling out sequently on the ground, then make the ground smooth using a rake teeth, about 2mm thick.

    5.Do not allow people walking and articles gathering on the ground within 4 hours since the self-leveling  construction was completed.(If the Grass-roots is flat enough ,stage two is not necessay)

Stage Three: Lining

     1.Making divisions and fixing linings base on the blueprint, specifications of the pvc flooring and sizes of the rooms.

    2.Creating the cross line or diagonal line, and parquet block line.

    3.Creating the edge line on the wall, the lining must be distinct and accurate.

Arrange and pre-joint the floor following the line and numbering the floors.

Stage Four: Installation

     1.Sweep the ground with a broom or dry towel to clean the dust of the surface.

     2.Coat the adhesive uniformly on the surface using a teeth-shaped scraping plate, and laying the floor from inner room to outside, forcing tightly with a roller after a room or a section was completed.
