SJ-120 single screw extruder Parameter

1. Main motor with a power of 75KW (AC motor)

2. Reducer: gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel materials, and all are treated with carburizing, quenching, grinding of teeth. The precision of gears is GB10095-88, 6 grade, the hardness of tooth surface is HRC56-62°.

3. Screw stem diameter

Φ120mm, L/D =28:1,the material of single screw is 38CrMoAl wholly nitrided steel . The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm, which make sure that the material has enough meltdown and not be decomposed.

4. The barrel of single extruder is 38CrMoAlA wholly nitrided steel. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm, air-cooling system can be used for cooling the barrel, barrel is heated by cast aluminum heater

5. Heat system : all the heating system are cast aluminum heaters, the heating power is high, the outside of heater is made of asbestus to keep the temperature, which effect is good, heater insulating resistance against ground is not less than 10 MΩ

6. Feed port is oblique mouth. And connect with the granule machine discharge hole

7. The exhaust screw is adopted for the single screw , which can make the moisture content and  micro-small molecular impurities in the materials to be removed.

8. Electrical controlling system

   3 phase 380V,AC 50Hz

   Main electrical control components are Siemens products

   Control buttons are Schneider products from France.

   The temperature control meter is the Japan RKC product with intelligent double channels and a temperature control in each zone. 

   The electric control cabinet controls the temperature control system, the driving system and   the interlock control system.
