electrostatic oiler researched and developed by our company is made up  oiler room,  high voltage electrostatic power, oil system, spray system, oil cleaning system, an electric control system.wire ring oiled electrode is installed along the direction of movement of low level in the oil chamber, wire can pass freely without any contact . atomization system is nozzled through constant compressed air. High voltage electrostatic power supply output 0-35kv negative high voltage DC, applied in oiled electrode, which make corona phenomenon  between  electrode and  grounding wire that as a high-voltage electrostatic field .The negatively charged oil is absorbed on the surface of steel wire  under  high voltage electrostatic field repeatedly after multiple atomization adsorption, which forms evenly oil film.
