Feature:Semi-automatic laminator is the purpose of laminating the raw material and packaging to voildless composite structure.Laminator through thermoplasticity and thermoset to make the multilayer raw material run together.In the processing chamber,the temperature ,vacuum and air pressure can be  separated controlled,so that it can provide best processing condition.

Flip Laminator consist of electric element,mechanical part and human-computer interface,each part organic combined into a whole.The main function of the equipment:vacuumize the solar cells and laminate through silica gel plate.

Detailed laminating process:open the roof cover,cladding the good arranged solar cells to the heated the equipment auto comes into the laminating stage—laminating process.After finishing of laminating process,bottom chamber deflates,after deflating.roof cover auto goes up,get the solar cells out,this is one laminated cycle.
