Z3319 adopts imported Cabot pigment high density melanin carbon black and special polyethylene PE resin and imported auxiliary agent, being made through high-energy water-cooling and air-cooling cutting. The content of the carbon black is 59%.

Appearance: 3.5*3.8 taper sliced black object and 3.0*3.3 round erose and black object

Application: Application: applicable to most kinds of thermal resin moulding, plastic tablet pumping and sheet laminating technologies. It is environmental high density and high brightness black masterbatch specially used for moulding. The product has been awarded the EU SGS Environment Certificate, passed eight tests for heavy metals, and certified by Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Advantage: environmental protective, free of poisoning, smelling and smoke, smooth and bright surface, stable color, and free of color spots or lines. It can reduce cost, save auxiliary agent and reduce pollution to the plant.

Usage: to evenly stir with raw material

Dosage: proposed dosage is 1% to 3% (according to requirements of the product)

Package: 25kg/bag, polyethylene white printing bag or paper-plastic compounded bag (customizable by customers)
