Application:1. Shopping Bag : EC31C CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch can be used in the film which thickness is about 8-12μm, additive ratio is about 30%-35%. EC31C CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch can be used in the film which thickness is about 8-12μm, additive ratio is about 30%-35%. EC32C CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch can be used in the film which thickness is more than 12μm, additive ratio is about 30%-35%.  2. Casting film: EC11C CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch can be used to make casting film, the largest additive ratio is about 50%. 3. Bottle: EC11B CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch & EC11C CaCO3 Filler Masterbatchcan be used to make plastic bottle, its additive ratio is about 15%. 4. Injection:

 

EC11BJ CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch can be used in the injection products, the additive ratio is about 15%.

 

Rutile & Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch                   

 Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch Rutile TiO2 white masterbatch, but its opacity is not good as Rutile TiO2 white masterbatch, it means: Maybe you need to add more Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch to increase film opacity. Otherwise, Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch is not stable, so the film which add Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch will change yellow in the future. Rutile TiO2 white masterbatchAnatase TiO2 white masterbatch and will not change film's color. 1. EW6018J: 60% rutile tio2, can be used in blow film , coating film and bottle2. EW6018BJ: 60% rutile tio2,  it is whiter than EW6018J,can be used in blow film , coating film and bottle3. EW6005J: 60% rutile tio2, no filler, it can be used in milk packing film. food grade.Application: 1.Shopping bag : EW6018BJ AND EW6018J can be used in shopping bag, our customer's additive ratio is about 5%2. casting film : EW3048R, EW6015R and EW6018J can be used in coating film, our customers who make Adult Diaper, sanitary towel and PET MAT, they add about 8% EW6015R or add about 8% EW6018J in their cating film. 3. liquid packing film: EW6005J,only have 1% processing agent, so our customer add about 10% EW6005J to make milk packing film.
