 2.Enhanced PP 
     Main use: widely used in the automotive industry, car manufacturing before the guard, after the car hood, heater housing, etc.; for the electrical industry, manufacturing, instrument case, battery boxes, etc.; for the chemical industry, manufacture of metering pumps, corrosion-resistant pipe Road, and frame filter shell. Provides low temperature grade and high flow grade.

 

3.Recommended processing conditions:

Drying temperature :90-100 ,2-4H
Feeding section: 200 ~ 210 °C the middle section: 210 ~ 240 °C nozzle section: 210 ~ 230 °C
Injection pressure of 50 ~ 80MPa
Holding pressure 40 ~ 60 Mpa
Mold temperature 30 ~ 60 °C
