Product properties

PB111M is a black master batch decreasing the usage of carbon black pigment with good opacity. It is suitable for loaded on PE, PP, PS, ABS vestal resins with excellent dispersibility. It possesses black color.

It can be mixed with plastic resins directly for blowing film, injection molding, and extrusion molding. It is easy to disperse with good resistance and reduce heat release.

Applications:

To apply in PP, PS and ABS injection items.To apply in PS injection and extrusion molding item.To apply in household appliance, toys, sports products, house wares and building material.

Processing suggestions:

General dosage at 1~5%, variation according to the characters of products.The processing temperature is set according to resins processing temperature, suitable among 150±50°C.
