Barrel for twin screw extruder:

1) The barrels made by manufacturing center, the aligning pin and inner hole are completed by manufacturing center in one time. Inner hole is 6 grade which is a high precision.  After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption;

2) The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shieldings which are secure,good-looking and powerfrugal.

3) The barrels are equipped with bimetallic liners(45#steel+α101), processing heat treatment.

HRC=60-62.
