The line is composed of special single screw extruder,die,vacuum cooling calibrating system,haul-off unit,cutter and automatic stacking decice etc.The major designing features of the line are high efficiency,energy-saving and compact structure.The extruder is adopted of optimizing design screw to strengthen the transportation efficiency.The haul-off unit is controlled by frequency converting so as to ensure the stability of the extruding.
