Cap Machine Series

Cap Forming and Lining Machine is one of our latest products, suitable for producing common sizes of twist-off cap (type 38-100#, outside dia 42-103 mm) through four procedures (precurling, curling, lug-forming and lining), based on drawn shells made from printed tinplate or DR-TFS with thick-ness of 0.15-0.22 mm by the press system. Then formed caps with liquid compound must be sent to the drying oven for baking. Finally, baked caps are packed into cartons with certtain quantity by counter.
