Features and Application:

The unit is a new pipe forming equipment which is improved design on the basis of adopting the advanced foreign technology. This unit extrudes the material through the reaction facility directly by the plunger stamping and then the material becomes transparent condition to complete the cross-linking reaction. The material can be entered into cooling sizing directly without vacuum or cooking cross-linking process.

This product has many features, such as simple craftsmanship, low cost, little investment, easy operation etc. The technology level is advanced in domestic. This product can fully replace the imported facilities and it is competitive in the market.

1  The extruder adopts the structure of ball head connecting rod and guiding pole position, so one machine can extrude double tubes at one time. It has many advantages, such as low noise, little vibration, without lubrication during movement.

2  The printing device adopts the ink print before cooling making the font on pipes clearer and more firmly.

3  Feeding system adopts the imported 60W variable speed motors and spring feeding. The system performs stably and feeds precisely.

4  The special mandrel heating system can save more energy.

5  The independent haul-off device which adopts imported 90W variable speed motors can control the haul-off speed more precisely.

6  The rolling machine can roll automatically
