The ZG-650-B is a Fully Automatic PVC Profile Production Line 

the process of this machine as below:

1.      Automatic feeding the plastic material into the machine;

2.      Automatic thermoforming the plastic material to make different kinds plastic product; (We can according to the clients’ requirement to add the punching device between thermoforming and cutting)

3.      Automatic Cutting,

4.      Automatic Rewinding the rest plastic material.

This machine is suitable for forming PP,HIPS,PS, PET and PVC material, it is professional to produced Plastic cup Lid, Box, Tray and etc.
