Extruder details:
1.Screw to the material specifically for new and efficient processing of PP PE PPR PVC. Nitriding depth of 0.5-0.6mm, hardness HV740-940, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8um.
2.Heating zone: Cast aluminum ring heater + Stainless steel shell + cooling fan.
3.Cooling device: Fan with air as the media to provide accurate temperature control.
4.Barrel cooling method:Cylinder surface groove, set with brass, aluminum heating tank and inner wind circle, with oil cooling and air-cooling at the same time, more precise temperature control.
5.Equipped with Quantitative feeding system and Vacuum air exhaust device
6.Extruder operation system adopts:AC motor,ABB frequency speed governor, Japanese RKC temperature controller ,SIEMENS contactor.
