PVC Profile Production/Extrusion/Extruder Line is composed of twin screw extruder/single screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, drawing/haul-off&saw machine, plastic cutter and pilling frame, and also coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to produce PVC door and window profiles/frame, foamed special shaped materials, decoration panel material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products. The whole production line is mainly used for the PVC windows&door profiles producing and waste PVC profiles recycling.

It purchase the advanced technology of west europ famous brands and redesign according to diffferent countries customers detail requirements to lower the customers cost.

The whole production line can produce the PVC window&doors profiles with width of 300mm(max) and solved the prodblem of waste PVC profiles recycling.
