USE:
Our plastic sheet extruder is designed and made by absorbing and digesting advanced technology at home and abroad.It is mainly used to produce plastic sheet of PP,PE,PS and make the packing containers like for beverage mugs,icecream cups,jelly cups,and so on.
STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS:
1.The sheet thickness symmetrical and flowing speed constant, these due to large L/D ratio of the extrusion unit.
2.The die head adopt high speed motor screen changer device easy operation and high production efficiency.
3.The Rolly be adjust by worm wheel with high precision
4.It is a more reasonable technics to adopt three-roller structure,it can improve the quality of sheet.
5.Adopt advanced frequency converter to be easy to adjust the rewinding speed and three rollers .
6. It is composed of extruder, three-roller calendar, traction, rewinding and electric control box..etc
7. The screw, material barrel, screen changer, measurement pump, die head are made of high quality alloy steel (38CRMOAIA), with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.
8. The die head adopts hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction, so the flow passage is convenient for material solution to flow without stagnation and the thickness of products will be smooth and even.
9. Inside the three rolled calendar the helical flume and cycle water cooling bring a perfect cooling effect.
10. The temperature of die head, screen changer the measurement pump and the material barrel are separately controlled.
11. All drive system runs synchronously.
