Usage:

Special suitable for slitting BOPP stationery tape.

Feature:

A.  Feeding type:

Rear feeding; can adjust location of raw material and easily loading; add to raw material pressure roller; transition roller and bow expand wheel, expand results to enhance.

B.  Rewinding type:

Double shafts center coiling; four shafts automatic exchange operation.

C.  Drive parts:

AC motor drives; frequency control speed; drives shaft of DTFE pressure wheel, prevention adhesive tape is adhesive.

D.  Length control: Three-step control rolling; inductive exchange count, precision count.

E.  Brake equipment:

Adopts pneumatic brake (or magnetic powder brake with tension controller) smooth material tension control, easily adjust, rewinding results to enhance.

F.  Slitting knife tool:

Industrial straight knife optional 3''pneumatic knife (easy usage and break off product, fitting to slitter for stationary tape), pneumatic blade block can adjust location of right and left the side.
