Process:

There is an unwinding cradle which is used for loading PP tube film, openning device to ultrasonic for sealing, before sealing, there is an insert white stripe device, puncher to cut off and then through the belt transimission the final product to the bedplate.Main control: It adopts the MITSUBISHI PLC programmable logic controller as main control, YASKAWA AC servo motor and touch screen.This machine has knurling, pneumatic puncher, auto following feeding and  auto deviation correcting device, etc.It is the necessary machine which is used for stationery industry.
