PRODUCT OVERVIEW
PE/HDPE Dimpled Drainage Sheet Machine is Junsheng's innovation in China. Compared with the old-fashioned second-forming process, this equipment forms a whole sheet of drainage sheet at one time with high efficiency, low energy consumption and high compression strength. It also solved the problem that the compression strength of the past drainage sheet is not ideal. After unique mechanics design, the dimple wall thickness is well-proportioned. Meanwhile, the compression strength is over 50% higher than similar products, which ensures long-term loaded compression tolerance. Dimpled Drainage Sheet is a kind of multi-functional coiled drainage and waterproof material performing comprehensive protection, professional waterproofing and drainage. Its quality is up to international advanced level, completely changes the situation that high-quality drainage sheet can only rely on import. All the equipments, from the calenders, tractor to the rolling machine, are all especially designed and manufactured based on the structure of drainage sheet. The thickness range of the output dimpled drainage sheet is 0.3-5.5mm, width up to 5000mm.
