USAGE
APPLICATION&SUITABLE SCALE The company produces professionally various kinds of plastic plate,plastic shell,plastic winding material and super-large water-proof winding material.They are mainly suitable for various kinds of high-polymer,such as PE,PP,PS,ABS,PC,PET,PMMA,EVA and others.The largest width B is 5000mm,the thickness is 0.2-20mm,Through different arrangement,the equipment can meet different demands,such as adding drying device and other auxiliary equipment,the company can also provide the handing in-key project

WE can offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed
Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
1. After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to us. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.
2. After the machines are delivered to customers factory, please arrange preparation work;
3. WE will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
4. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
5. Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customers factory.
6. The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of salary per day for each technician.
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. WE will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since B/L date.
During this guarantee period, WE will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, WE will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
WE will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide
