1.System Integration

System integration is our core-technology.  we have formed a set of plastic extruding technology, high-yield, high-quality , CFD technology, R&D, and equipment turn-key system. We are only a few within the international community to provide a complete system, including drying, conveying, weighing, blending, extrusion, mold, extruding, traction, surface treatment,and so on.

2 CAE,CFD-FLUENT techniques

We are still a few little company in the world, who use of CFD-FLUENT techniques to improve the design of plastic equipment, including extruders and dies. Production of plastic products, equipment must meet the profitable production rate. Only high-yield to low-cost, can be profitable. Production rate of our system can not be compared to other companies, high yield than domestic company equipment 3 to 5 times.

POLYFLOW finite element method is used mainly for viscous and viscoelastic fluid flow problems for CFD simulation software. As a component of FLUENT, it has a strong solution of non-Newtonian fluids and the ability of nonlinear problems, and its flow with a variety of models can solve the polymer, food, glass, etc. 

3. Wood Materials Technology

5. Automatic, high-yield wood processing equipment

6. Wood technology 

We have used a different design of the different sections of the wood raw material of products, including solid, hollow, opening, foam, extrusion, wood flour, natural fiber, bran shell, bagasse, PE, PP, ABS and PVC. We have mastered the WPC core-technic in the production. Befor our proven technology available to customers,we devoted much time, energy and effort to do research.
