  Introduction of PE HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line:

  HDPE double wall corrugated pipes are used for drainage, waste water and sewage.  Our PE HDPE corrugated pipes outside diameter is from 120mm up to 1500mm. The complete line is operated and controlled by a automation system, which enables customers to produce the pipes in hight quality.

1 Diameter range: OD120- OD 1500mm.

2 Application material: HDPE or PE

3 Extruder: two Single Screw Extruders

4 Die head: spiral double layers co-extrusion

5 Corrugator: vacuum forming ; water cooling

6 Mould blocks: Founded Aluminium

7 Cutter: Planeteray Saw

8 Cooling tank: for cooling finished pipes come out from corrugator quickly

9 Stacker: unloading finished pipes automatically

10 Control system: PLC control system or commen control system (customer can choose it depends on their demand)
