Yarn Making Machine :PP, HDPE extruding to film, cutting to tape, stretching to plastic flat filament,winding to yarn tube

The machine is of high automatization, equipped with advanced electric apparatus, pneumatic clutch, tension adjusting device and relevant mechanical devices for the whole technology flow from raw material feeding, film extruding, filament stretching to winding into yarn tube, achieving group-control and single-control operation.

The main performance of the machine is as follows,

One SJ120×30 extruder, Blender for proportional mixing, automatic screen changer and coat-hanger die, is of large L/D ratio, good plasticizing effect, easy for strainer changing, uniform thickness of film, uniform flow rate, etc.

Water tank is adjustable, even cooling, convenient for adjusting water temperature, to satisfy the adjustment of air gap for film extrusion, and can be moving in cross direction which is convenient for cleaning the die, screw and barrel. Pulling and cutting unit uses worm reducer to achieve mechanical self-lock single-stage nip roll pulling; Water-sucking air nozzle can suck remaining water on the film surface; When the blade of single-position cutter is worn out, move tangential points of the blade by worm-gear self-lock rotating device to prolong the life of cutter.

Three-roller filament guiding unit uses three pieces of steel roller and one piece of pneumatic rubber press roller, to clamp and feed film tapes to the stretching unit stably, equipped with worm reducer to achieve mechanical self-lock, and ensure stable stretching.

Edge yarn crusher and reclaiming unit can be sucking edge strips, crushing and sending back to the hopper when operation.

Cyclone stretching oven adopts hot-wind circulation heating and automatic temperature control, and makes two sides of flat filament uniform heating and multiple stretching by a centrifugal blower. Oven opening adopts two-stage pneumatic mode, easy for operating, flexible for distance adjusting.

Five-roller stretching unit uses five pieces of steel roller and one piece of pneumatic rubber press roller, to enlarge stretching friction force, so as to make flat filament up to quality requirements.

Oven forming unit adopts electric heating and automatic temperature control for heating and forming of film tapes, to avoid flat filament retracting or deforming.

Three-roller cooling and forming unit uses three pieces of steel roller (of which two steel rollers adopt water cooling) and one piece of pneumatic rubber press roller, to achieve pulling, cooling and forming of flat filament.

Filament sucking device uses a high-pressure centrifugal blower, waste filament collecting box collects waste filament through ducts, so as to keep your working place clean.

Yarn tube winder uses a permanent-magnetism differential device and three-phase miniature motor for driving, suitable for intercross winding, repeat moving and winding into yarn tube.
