1.SJ-120 single screw extruder
1)Main motor with a power of 75kW (AC motor),Screw stem diameter:Φ120mm,
2)Reducer: gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel materials, and all are treated with carburizing, quenching, grinding of teeth. The precision of gears is GB10095-88, 6 grade, the hardness of tooth surface is HRC56-62°
3)The material of single screw is 38CrMoAl wholly nitrided steel . The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm, which make sure that the material has enough meltdown and not be decomposed.
4). The barrel of single extruder is 38CrMoAlA wholly nitrided steel. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm, air-cooling system can be used for cooling the barrel, barrel is heated by cast aluminum heater
5). Heat system : all the heating system are cast aluminum heaters, the heating power is high, the outside of heater is made of asbestus to keep the temperature, which effect is good, heater insulating resistance against ground is not less than 10 MΩ
6). Electrical controlling system:
3 phase 380V,AC 50Hz
Main electrical control components are Siemens products Control buttons are Schneider products from France.
The temperature control meter is the Japan RKC product with intelligent double channels and a temperature control in each zone.
