Manual of supporting production:
· Based upon the designed diameter & depth of drill hole, choose the suitable size of fiber-glass reinforced plastics bolt, and used the corresponding anchorage agent to match the bolt.
· The corresponding anchorage agent to match the bolt.
· To drill over the standard anchoring base; the depth of hole is shorter 60~80 mm than bolt’s length
· Clear up the dust in the hole, and fill in the anchorage agent compatibly;
· Push the bolt into the end of the hole with the instrument of churning up ; thrust it to the bottom of the hole at a constant speed.
Note : the gel time of the different model anchorage agent.
· To hold on the anchorage agent solidification before application. Before solidification don’t let the bolt shake or move.
· Fit on the plate, tighten the nut.
