Tianjin Shunyida steel co. ltd holds two high frequency ERW pipe production lines, which are capable of producing57273×214mm ERW steel pipe, four bifilar double-size spiral welded pipe production lines, also can produce 2192020×416mm spiral steel pipe. In addition, There are two intermediate frequency hot expanding steel pipes sets which can produce 203820×3.535mm hot expanding seamless pipes and ERW steel pipes. All the products can be conducted different tests including hydraulic test, analytic mechanics, chemical analysis, hardness test, and Xray non-destructive test. We have passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate and got pressure container pipeline production license.
