Designed as a new version of crackproof materials specially for asphalt-based concrete.

Polyester fibers are designed as a new version of crackproof materials specially for asphalt-based concrete. They are progduced by unique processes and based on polyester synthetic materials as fundamental raw materials, and have such advantages as high strength, high chemical stability, resistance to high temperatures and high adhesion to asphalt. They can from structures in three dimensional distributions after putting them into asphalt gels by mixing, which have function of reinforcement so that effectively prevent asphalt-based concrete from cracking.

Properties of Polyester Fibers

Raw Material:   Polyester

Length of Fiber:   6mm+1

Density:         1.36-1.40g/cm3

Strength of fracture:    560MPa min

Melting Point:       240-260  .C

Improvement of Asphalt-based Concrete Performance
Improvement high temperature stability of asphalt-based concrete
Polyester fibers increase adhesion and denseness of asphalt limit liquidity of asphalt so that asphalt is made resistance of track much improvement during high temperatures ..
Increasement of tensile strength, shear strength and cracking resistance in low temperatures
Stable physical performance of fiber still remain flexibility and high tensile strength in low temperature circumstances, and make asphalt-based concrete increasing cracking resistance in low temperatures.
Increasing durability of asphalt-based concrete
The reinforcement function after the fibers are uniformly distributed in asphalt-based concrete will gain high fatigue strength of mixing increasing durability of asphalt-based concrete.
