Pre-filming Cleaning Agent -- DM-8201

Properties 

The product is compounded by polyphosphate and non-ionic surfactants, 

easy soluble in water and can quickly remove the oil and other organic matter and initial rust, 

calcium scale in heat exchange equipment so that keep the metal surfaces clean and  active, then form a corrosion film layer on the surface. It is applicable for cleaning 

pre-film of pipelines in circulating cooling water and oil pipeline and heat exchangers, 

suitable for ferrous metals, especially for non- stop cleaning in refinery pipeline.

Appearance: pale yellow pastePH (1% aqueous solution) 9~10

Density(20°C),g/cm3: 1.42±0.05

Total phosphorus (calculation by PO4 3-)content,%: 35±1.5%

Water-soluble: soluble with any proportion water.

Use

Add 800 ~ 1000mg / L to the normal temperature water before running, adjusted PH to 6 ~ 6.5 and add 10 ~ 21mg / L defoamer. 

After 48 hours cold running, discharge to the total inorganic phosphate content less than 10 mg / L.

Severe rust and calcium scale,decrease PH 5.5 ~ 3.5

Water temperature less than 27°C, 

the total inorganic phosphate control in 350 mg / L (calculation by PO 43 -)

Water temperature, 27~32°C, 

the total inorganic phosphate control in 280 mg / L (calculation by PO 43 -)

Packing and storage

Net weight: 50kg. 

Packed in plastic drums.

Stored in a room cool place. Storage period for ten months.
