JB-1050XH is newly designed specially for making snow effect on cigarette and vine packing cases, which also can be used with full automatic screen printing machine or other equipments. Except getting snow effect it also can be used for drying,dehumidifying and curing other special UV ink in field of screen printing, dyeing printing, electroplating and electron circuit board etc.

Main Character:

1. Three groups of lamp source are independent, can be adjusted to half power, 3/4 power and full power, which prolong the using life of lamp and save energy; Digital meter timely indicate luminous intensity and using life.

2. Two groups of conveying system are independent, convey belt speed frequency controlled and can be adjusted depend on production condition, the highest speed can be up to 60m/minutes. Used with movable wrinkle equipment can make new style snow effect;

3. Adopting special aluminium and magnesium alloy lampshade, light gathered designing,high production efficiency.

4. Three groups of lamps have independent heat removal system, equipped two groups of adsorption in front and back, prevent the temperature of work chamber to be overtop and leading the printing stock to be deformation, which is more conductive to delivery thin paper .

5. Convey belt with automatically guiding system and adsorption system, using convenient and more conductive to delivery thin paper; adopt imported high temperature resistant and rub resistant"TEFION" belt which ensure to use for long time and stably
