XLPE EPR PVC insulation power cable & wire

The cable is used in power distribution networks or fixed installations for industrial equipments with rated voltage up to 35KV.The cable is produced according to the standards of GB IEC BS DIN ASTM upon request.

Nominal cross-section:single core from 1.5sqmm to 800sqmm

                                 multi core from 1.5sqmm to 400sqmm

(The above cables is for indoors/tunnel/cable trench, unable to bear external mechanical forces. single core cable is not permissible to lay in magnetic duct.)

YJV22 YJLV22:Cu/Al conductor XLPE insulated steel tape armoured and PVC sheath

YJV32 YJLV32:Cu/Al conductor XLPE insulated steel wire armoured and PVC sheath

 (The above cables is for laying indoors or direct in ground, able to bear external mechanical forces,but unable to bear large pulling forces.)

operating characteristics

1.max permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor is 90°C

2.the ambient temperature under installation shall not below 0 °C 

3.the bending radius of single core cable shall not less than 20D and three-cores shall not less than 15D.

4.max short-circuit temperature of conductor should not exceed 250°C( 5s max duration ).
