Structure features
1) Structure of switchgear
2) Fully metal clad, structure of assembly type, flexible combination scheme
3) The cubicle body, feature with high-precision, light weight, high strength and interchangeability of parts, is made of imported aluminum-zinc thin steel plate, which is processed by CNC machine tool and advanced multiple fold craft, also is joint by nut riveter and high strength bolt.
4) It can be equipped for the ZN63A-12 series produced by our company or the imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breaker, and also has wide applicability, high reliability and long-tem maintenance-free feature.
5) The handcart has position for working and testing, each one has devices of positioning and displaying, which is safe and reliable.
6) Types of handcarts varied modularly to make sure the same type cart can exchange freely, and ensure that the different type cart cannot enter into
7) Installation of ground switch:
a. Mounted in the middle of cabinet (front-mounted type) convenient for overhauling behind the cabinet and having the two-sided maintenance.
b. Mounted in the rear of the cabinet (rear-mounted type) convenient for standing against the wall so as to save space.
8) Installation of current transformer:
a. Frontal-mounted in the cable compartment which is the rear of cabinet
b. Hanging-mounted from the bottom has pressure release channel in the cable chamber
9) Up to 9 one-crop power cables can be equipped in the cable chamber
10) Each high voltage chamber has pressure release channel so as to keep personal safe
11) Interlocking device with high reliability can fully meet the safety requirements of the Five-defend
12) Trolley is transported by special load carrier, which is easily and neatly for operating
13) Observation window equipped on the front and back door are convenient for observing the working state of the inner-chamber component
