Liquid Electrical Cabinet of Soft Start

Application

It is applicable for soft start and protection of cage type asynchronous or synchronous motors of three phase alternating current 3 KV, 6 KV, 10 KV and rated power to 20000KW.

Working principle

The controlled motor of stator loop in series with the three-phase liquid resistance, fluid resistance with starting motor and automatic input, resistance will be stepless reduced within predetermined time, close to zero automatic excision, thus motor terminal voltage rising, torque step up gradually, and no impact soft start smoothly.

Performance and Features

1. It has little start current, and no impact for it. Reliable operation of power network can be ensured;

2. Starting current is about 1.5~3.5 times of rated current; It can work continuously for 2~3 times;

3. It has perfectly protecting alarm function of motor;

4. It is small influence and no harmonic pollution, especially applicable for insufficient capacity of enterprises;

5. It can be reduced liquid resistor to promote terminal voltage and increase motor output to ensure start-up success for once;
