2.Modified PP Automotive Materials
By PP and elastomers, rigid particle compound modification, can increase the PP of the low temperature toughness and heat resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, reduce mold shrinkage, can be widely used in automobile bumpers, steering wheel, instrument panel and interior , heater hood, fenders, front door shield assembly, filter housing and other components.
3.Recommended processing conditions:
Drying temperature :90-100, 2H
Feeding section: 200 ~ 210 °C the middle section: 210 ~ 240 °C nozzle section: 210 ~ 230 °C
Injection pressure of 50 ~ 90MPa
Holding pressure 40 ~ 70 Mpa
Mold temperature 30 ~ 50 °C
Back pressure 5 ~ 10 Mpa
