For bend forming of chair, sofa,

it evenly cures the plywood in seconds. The press use wooden mould which is easy
to change and save the cost.

This is a mature product, and there are about 20 series for different shapes and
purposes. There are mainly two type of press, with lateral pressure and one direction
pressure, with the tonnage of the press range from 80T to 200T. We also design
the special press according to the customer's needs.

There are two type of control available: semi-auto control and auto control, and
the auto control is processed by PLC. The generator is air-cooled, vacuum capacitor
tune, with wind fan protection, high temperature protection and over-current
protection.
