Super High Ionization Vacuum Gauge
Super High Ionization Vacuum Gauge

Minimum Order: 0
Quality/Safety Certification: 0.00

ZJ-12 (DL-7) and JZ-32 super high ionization vacuum gauge (usually called B-A gauge) has the features of compact design;

ZJ-12 super high vacuum ionization gauge has the features of compact design, simple structure, small volume, low power consumption, easy for exhaust, stable and reliable measuring, wide measuring range, etc.. Its cover uses DM-305 glass cover (connection size is φ19±0.2mm) or glass-metal sealing; the other type adopts DN35C flange (naked gauge) .

Major Technical Specifications:

1. Measuring Range: 1x10-1 to  5x10-8 Pa

2. Operation Parameters:

Above earth potential of accelerating electrode: 200V

Above earth potential of Cathode: 50V

Above earth potential of collecting electrode: 0V

Emission current: 4x10-4A, 4x10-3A

3. Emission Current: 7.5x10-2Pa-1±20%

4. Electron Bombardment Exhaust: Max Power to be 30 W

5. Roast Temperature: Max. 400 C (naked gauge)

Cautions for operation:

1. Check the vacuum degree to be no less than Pa before unsealing.

2. Better be connected vertically

3. Keep in vacuum condition for long time unused of the naked gauge to avoid electrode from oxidation.

4. Vacuum degree should be high than 1x10-3Pa in case of gauge exhaust. For better ultimate vacuum degree, the gauge must be roasted together with the system.

ZJ-32 super-high vacuum naked gauge (usually called B-A gauge) is sealed with metal-porcelain and connected to the system by standard DN35CF flange

 Major Technical Specifications:

Measuring Range: 1x10-1 to 1x10-7 PaGauge constant: 7.2x10-2Pa-1±20%X Ray:1.6x10-8Pa(Na)Gauge exhaust power: 8V, 6A (12R)Roast temperature: 400C

Operation Parameters:

1. Above earth potential of accelerating electrode: 200V

2. Above earth potential of Cathode: 50V

3. Above earth potential of collecting electrode: 0V

4. Emission Current: 1x10-3A

Cautions for operation:

1. Stop operation if the system vacuum degree is less than 10-1Pa.

2. Exhaust only when the system vacuum degree is higher than 10-4Pa.

3. For higher ultimate vacuum degree, roast the gauge together with the system.

4. The instrument cover and the metal vacuum system should be grounded together.
