M082 hot cathode super-high vacuum ionization gauge is a typical B-A super-high vacuum ionization gauge with its grid adopting relatively thick tungsten filament, double helix for top supporting for joule exhaust, and using cathode iridium-core electrophoresis yttria for strong anti-oxidation and long life. This gauge can be interchanged with 571 of Varian, G-75-P made by G-P Inc. and RG-75 made by Veeco (U.S.A.).
