The steam generator is the heating furnace heat exchange device, it produces the saturated steam under a certain of temperature and pressure by heating exchange throught the hot oil and water.

The steam generator is horizontal with socket support. Water is in the shell bottom while  the steam is upper, leaving the space for a certain amount of water flowing through the middle of the hot oil pipeline from the side into the pipeline.

On one hand, the steam from the top of the cylinders leads to the equipment which need to use, on the other hand, it supply the water to the tube continuously.

This equipment belongs to pressure vessel, shell and tube of a steam generator, supporting a variety of security instrument valves. It is a kind of the heat transfer equipment with installation, operation, maintenance simply and produce good quality saturated steam.
