ZCY2T wfi storage tank

A.General

ZCY2T WFI Tank is a first calss pressure vessel with a working

pressure P being 0.12 Mpa and design pressure being 0.15Mpa.

 ZCY2T Distilled Water Tank uses 316L as its body material and arc-welding for connection without dead corner. The unit comes with heat-keeping function, electric-heating and automatic heat preservation. Arc-welding connection is polished

Tank is equipped with respirator, which is in compliance with SIP and completeness verification requirements, and is incorprated with gas trapping outlet, condensate outlet, and completeness inspection port. Respirator is made of electric-drying structure, which will constantly dry diversion filter core in order to keep the respirator clear and remove the possibility of falsified liquid level. Tank, with bright and tidy appearance, is equipped with fiber glass thermal material and a shell made of 304L. Distilled water in the tank can be heated and kept above 80OC

The tank is of CIP and SIP functions, and can be sterilised with 121oC pure steam that comes from LD water disteiller (LCZ pure steam generator) outlet.
