Notice:,

1). The varnish must be completely cured, or it will cause a lot of after-effects: such as the light faded color change, can not resist rubbing, get sticky, and so on;
2). Paper will become less viscously, so particular attention should be paid to the selection of the paste and the paste operations to ensure quality;
3).UV lamp should be cleaned regularly, check with the cleanness of blade and steel wheels to avoid that the paper sticks as the varnish on the back;
4).UV oil should keep away from light, heat; heating varnish under 60 °C, so as to prevent it from hardening.

5). According to the demand of paper brightness, adjust the Varnish, generally 4-6g/m2.

6). Oiling excessive or uneven coating will affect the matt.

7). Oiling after the must be completely UV curing, there would be no wear and scratches phenomenon.
