Such kind of sublimation ink is used on offset machine. The printing process is just need 3 steps:

1. Print the image on paper, normal paper is ok.

2. Put the printed paper on substrates, such as polyester and nylon fabric.

3. Put the paper and substrate on the heat transfer machine. When temperature reach 180-220

    degrees, the image will be transfer printed from paper onto substrate.

1. Use Scope: It applies to single-color, two-color

    and multi-color sheet-fed offset printing machine.

    Printing paper as follows: chrome paper, coated paper, offset paper, cardboard. Final printing

    stock can be fabric (no cotton), plastic, leather, metal, wood, ceramic, and etc.

2. Color: CMYK Basic color and Pantone color

    Model:SO-D (quick-drying ink)

               SO- A (anti-crust ink)

    SO-D is suitable for offset machine with more than 8000r/h.

    SO-A is suitable for offset machine with less than 8000r/h.
