Printing Film Processor Features

1, The machine has 2 pre-programmed programs, the first one P1 has been set-up before leave the factory, and P2 is for custom. However, you may change both P1 and P2 as you which to match the chemistry you used. And you may switch from P1 to P2 or visa versa during normal processing.

2, With the built-in 24-hour clock, the machine has an auto-switch-on function which enables it to worm-up itself at the time you pre-determined. Thus you may start processing as soon as you arrive at your working room.

3, The machine has energy-saving function. When film is fed into the machine, the drying system will start operating, with the drying temperature being controlled at preset level automatically (Provided that developer and fixer solution temperatures had reached preset points). When the drying temperature reaches the point that is 10 below the preset value, the transporting system will start automatically. (If developer and fixer solution temperatures do not reach their preset points, the transporting system will not work even if you have fed the film into the machine.) Press the key +1 if you want to start the machine in this case). After the entering of the last sheet of film, if no further material is being fed in for a period of 7 times of the developing process time(20 developing time equals 2'20" operating time), the drying system will switch off automatically to save energy, and the machine will be in stand-by mode. In this mode, the transporting system will pause if it was started automatically and will remain running if it was started by pressing the +1 key manually.

4, 22PF series are equipped with a solenoid valve for washing water, the valve will be opened during the processing and will be closed when the water level exceeds the normal level of the washing tank. It will resume when the water flow is normal. By the solenoid valve, the washing system has the same energy-saving function as the drying system has.

5, When the solution level in any of the tanks falls below the required level, a buzzer will ring to remind the operator to top up the tanks, meanwhile the solution heaters and circulation pumps will stop working immediately to prevent any damage of the machine and components. A buzzer will also ring if the solution temperature goes 2 higher than the pre-set level.

6, 22PF series incorporated a group of infra-red sensors, by which the machine can monitor the area of the film being processed, and replenish the solutions accordingly.  When the area of the film being processed has accumulated to 0.5 m2, the machine will replenish the solutions automatically according to the pre-set rate.

7, 22PF also features with a self-diagnosis system, it will remind you by alarming and a self-diagnosis message during your operation when any malfunction is found. For example, when the solution level of CD (developer) tank is lower than required level, the alarm goes of and the low-solution-level message E8--1 will appear on the panel simultaneously.
